The r.LiNK interface allows to insert a rear-view camera and two additional video sources (e.g. USB-player, DVB-T2 tuner, ...) to the factory-infotainment system of the vehicle manufacturer.

Bemærk:
Fremtidige ændringer/opdateringer af køretøjets software kan forårsage funktionsfejl i interfacet.
Det kan muligvis klares ved en softwareopdatering af interfacet men det kan vi ikke garantere.
En evt. opdatering koster 500,- og interfacet skal indsendes for egen regning. Arbejdsomkostninger for og andre udgifter forbundet med softwareopdateringerne refunderes ikke.
Derfor anbefales det ikke at opdatere bilens multimedie system.

ATTENTION! Interface is not compatible with Audi TT, Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan vehicles.
Here the RL3-MIB-TT must be used.
Limitations
| Video only | The interface inserts ONLY video signals into the infotainment. For inserting Audio signals either the possibly existing factory audio-AUX- input or a FM-modulator can be used. If 2 audio sources shall be connected to the infotainment, an additional electronic is necessary to switch them. |
| Factory rear-view camera | Automatically switching-back from inserted video to factory rear-view camera is only possible while the reverse gear is engaged. To delay the switch-back an additional electronic part is required. |
| PDC and guidelines | If the video interface does not receive the required information from the vehicle CAN-bus, neither guide-lines nor optical PDC display will be supported. |
| Video sources | Only compatible to NTSC video sources. |
